ShaagChess is a very nice chess game that can be played in 2D or 3D. It has many features including rotatable/tiltable board, different boards to choose from, different coloured pieces and squares, play against the computer. There are also helpful legal moves and different difficulty settings. For a free chess game it's not bad and looks and play well.
